∎ Proven experience as a Training and Development Manager or a similar role on both Management and non management staff training.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees and stakeholders at all levels
∎ Display robust project management abilities, with the ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously
∎ Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training programs using a variety of methods
∎ Demonstrate proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning platforms
∎ Knowledge of current trends and technologies in learning and development
∎ Possess the capability to operate individually or as part of a team
∎ Willingness to travel as needed

∎ Develop and execute training initiatives that are in line with the company's mission and objectives.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to identify training needs and create customized courses.
∎ Deliver engaging training sessions using a variety of methods, including in-person, virtual, and e-learning platforms.
∎ Assess the efficacy of training programs and make adjustments as required.
∎ Keep abreast of the most recent advancements and techniques in education and growth.
∎ Manage the training budget and ensure cost-effective delivery of training programs.
∎ Develop career development plans for employees and provide guidance and support in achieving their goals.
∎ Create and maintain training records and reports.
