  • Presently working as ZM or at least 7 Years as Sales Officer/Sales Representative.

  • Must have experience in selling any of the the following category-

  • 2. Door (PVC, WPC)

  • For experienced candidate education may be considered.

  • Confidentiality towards product pricing, market strategy.

  • Mentality of rapid sales growth.

  • Effective leadership to Sales Officers to bring out expected result.

  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.

  • Mindset of traveling 80% of the total office time.

  • Able to handle huge work pressure and meet the target.

  • Territory may change as per the need of the organization.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Plan, organize and implement sales programs for the dedicated zone.

  • Translate the monthly sales plan into weekly and daily operational plans.

  • Share, distribute sales targets within the Sales Officers and ensure that the target is fulfilled.

  • Monitor, motivate, nurture & engage Sales Officers so that the sales never go below the standard.

  • Monitor the regular activities of the sales people with an emphasis on daily target and achievement.

  • Track sales movement of competitors` products, pricing, activities and report to the supervisor.

  • Maintain trade marketing activities for sales target achievement.

  • Discuss and provide effective sales forecast to the supervisor.

  • Check out the market trends and suggest new products and product line.

  • Build, establish and maintain a very good relationship and regular business with existing clients.

  • Regularly identify potential clients/dealers and initiate business with them.

  • Ensure timely collections from the market.
