Responsibilities & Context:
This is an excellent first role for a creative and digitally-savvy graduate who wants to build a career in content and brand marketing. You will work directly under the Brand & Content Manager and contribute to daily content output across our social channels.
What You Will Do
Write social media copy for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp Broadcast — captions, stories, and short-form posts
Research trending topics, student concerns, and destination-country updates to feed the content calendar
Assist in drafting blog posts, student testimonials, and email newsletter content
Co-ordinate with the Visualizer to brief static and video content requirements
Schedule and publish approved content using social media management tools
Monitor comments, messages, and engagement; escalate as needed
Compile weekly content performance data for the Brand Manager's review
What We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, English, Marketing, or a related field (fresh graduates encouraged)
Strong written communication in both Bangla and English
A genuine interest in social media and digital trends — you should already follow brands you admire
Comfortable using Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn as a creator, not just a viewer
Attention to detail, willingness to take feedback, and ability to meet deadlines
Nice to Have
Any internship or freelance content/social media experience
Familiarity with Canva, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite
Personal blog, portfolio, or active creative social presence
