We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration Officer to support the day-to-day operations of our Bangladesh office and ensure smooth administrative processes across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office administration and documentation.
Maintain employee, client, and company records.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications.
Assist with HR administration, attendance, and leave records.
Support finance with invoices, payments, and document management.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor enquiries.
Ensure office supplies and facilities are properly maintained.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
1–2 years of administrative experience preferred.
Strong communication skills in English and Bangla.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
