Responsibilities & Context:
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all examination activities.
• Prepare examination schedules, seat plans, invigilation duties, and documents.
• Maintain confidentiality of examination materials.
• Prepare, verify, and publish examination results.
• Maintain students' academic records and databases.
• Generate examination reports.
• Perform data entry using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
• Type official documents in English and Bangla.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative departments.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
