• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Property Management & Preservation Services

• Age 28 to 35 years
• Only Male

Experience in sales in Bashundhora and Jolshiri will be preferred.

• Identify and generate potential leads through various sales and marketing channels.

• Contact prospective clients and understand their property requirements.

• Arrange and conduct site visits and property presentations.

• Provide detailed information about available properties, pricing, payment plans, and project features.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.

• Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into sales.

• Negotiate sales agreements and close property deals.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property developments.

• Assist customers with documentation and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth transaction processing.

• Participate in property fairs, exhibitions, promotional events, and networking activities.
