Candidates with a background in Architecture will be given preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
Manage customer communication and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective property owners.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
Coordinate with Construction, Architect, Sales, and Project Management teams to address customer requirements.
Assist customers with apartment customization, design modifications, material selections, and technical queries.
Supervise customer service activities related to apartment handover and post-handover support.
Conduct site visits and client meetings whenever required.
Monitor customer feedback, maintain service records, and prepare periodic management reports.
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective follow-up and proactive problem-solving skill.
Support management in improving customer service processes and overall service quality.
