• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

• Age 28 to 40 years

• Age: 25 to 35 years;

• Sound knowledge of consumer electronics products;

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;

• Strong communication and negotiation skills;

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;

• Honest, self-motivated, and team-oriented.

Job Context

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and result-oriented Merchandiser to manage and develop our electronics retail merchandising activities at Jamuna Plaza. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product assortment, inventory coordination, display management, sales analysis, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams to ensure optimum product availability and sales growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and execute merchandising strategies for electronics products.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock shortages or overstocking.

• Ensure attractive and effective product display according to company guidelines.

• Analyze sales trends and prepare regular merchandising and inventory reports.

• Coordinate with suppliers/vendors regarding product availability, pricing, and promotional activities.

• Assist in launching new products and promotional campaigns.

• Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchase orders, and product movement.

• Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitors' products, prices, and merchandising strategies.

• Work closely with sales and operations teams to achieve business targets.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
