Experience:
Lead and control all divisional sales activities for PVC Pipe/Door/Tank products
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by management
Develop, expand, and manage dealer and distributor networks in the division
train, guide, and motivate Zonal Managers, Sales Officers.
Ensure effective territory coverage and proper route planning
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies
Strengthen brand presence through market visits, dealer meetings, and promotions
Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising at dealer points
Handle key accounts, large orders, and project sales within the division
Control pricing, discounts and collections as per company policy
Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance departments
Resolve dealer, distributor, and customer complaints in a timely manner
Prepare sales forecasts, action plans, and divisional budgets
Analyze sales performance and take corrective actions when needed
Submit regular sales reports and market feedback to Head Office
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and sales guidelines
