Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
MBA (Marketing) will be given preference.
At least 2 years of experience in a Deputy Manager or team leadership position.
Experience in the Real Estate, Construction, or Property Development sector will be preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Solid knowledge of the real estate market, industry trends, and property development landscape in Bangladesh.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bangla.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to develop creative and effective sales strategies.
Experience in building sales processes, systems, and structures in a growing organization is highly desirable.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.
Represent the company at property expos, networking events, and business meetings as required.
Develop a strong professional network within the real estate industry to support business expansion.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, networking events, and other promotional activities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer databases, and market intelligence.
