  • At least 2 years of experience in a Deputy Manager or team leadership position.

  • Experience in the Real Estate, Construction, or Property Development sector will be preferred.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to build and motivate a high-performing sales team.

  • Solid knowledge of the real estate market, industry trends, and property development landscape in Bangladesh.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bangla.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to develop creative and effective sales strategies.

  • Experience in building sales processes, systems, and structures in a growing organization is highly desirable.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will have   proven experience in real estate sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • 100% honest in all aspects.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets.

  • Promote the company’s projects and services to prospective clients and generate new sales opportunities.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by management.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, developers, buyers, and channel partners.

  • Identify target markets, clients, and business opportunities to drive sales growth.

  • Conduct client meetings, property presentations, negotiations, and site visits to secure sales.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to strengthen sales strategies.

  • Coordinate with internal departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth sales processes, client service, and project handover.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.

  • Represent the company at property expos, networking events, and business meetings as required.

  • Develop a strong professional network within the real estate industry to support business expansion.

  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

  • Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, networking events, and other promotional activities.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer databases, and market intelligence.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
