  • Strong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving abilities.

  • Willingness to travel for project site visits when required.



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. The role involves assisting in architectural design, planning, drafting, and project coordination. You will work closely with senior architects, engineers, and consultants to prepare drawings, ensure compliance with building codes, and support projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • 100% honest in all aspects.

  • Develop concepts, master plans, layouts, and detailed 2D/3D working drawings for interior and exterior projects using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other relevant software.

  • Assist in overall project planning, preparing budgets, material specifications, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and the Site Implementation Plan (SIP).

  • Review construction/shop drawings and material submissions to ensure strict compliance with building codes, local regulations, and company quality standards.

  • Conduct periodic site visits alongside senior Architects to monitor progress, verify critical milestones (e.g., checking slab layouts before casting), provide on-the-spot decisions, and ensure alignment with design specifications.

  • Coordinate directly with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments to resolve design issues and keep site work on schedule.

  • Assist in the preparation of construction drawings and shop drawings.

  • Maintain precise, organized records of all drawings, revisions, and project-related documents.

  • Participate in client meetings and project discussions when required.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

  • Must have an interest and knowledge of new interior design trends.
