Responsibilities & Context:
∎ · Develop and implement effective recruitment and onboarding plans and activities
∎ · Contribute with insight and expertise in campaign planning, monitoring and evaluation
∎ · Organize and participate in recruitment, outreach activities and to represent the organization
∎ · Develop effective outreach materials, including digital content and hard copy materials
∎ · Shortlist candidates and arrange interviews accordingly
∎ · Provide high-quality information, advice, and guidance to prospective candidates
∎ · Issue Employment offer and Employment letters to the selected candidates
∎ · Take active participation in salary negotiation process
∎ · Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, outcomes and recommendations for development
∎ · Prepare monthly report on onboarding and update database accordingly
∎ · Complete software entries of the new joiners
∎ · Any other tasks assigned by the Management
