Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Product Assortment: Collaborate with the design and product development teams to curate a compelling assortment of apparel products that align with brand positioning, customer preferences, and market trends.
∎ Merchandising Strategy: Develop and execute merchandising plans for ensuring optimal product presentation, assortment, and placement to drive sales.
∎ Analyzing sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs
∎ Collaborating with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales
∎ Planning and developing merchandising strategies.
∎ Liaising between customer and company.
∎ Forecasting sales and profits.
∎ Managing budgets.
