Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Verify employee attendance via HRMS software and update records regularly.
∎ Prepare and submit salary sheets and analysis reports for management approval and upload salary details to the bank portal.
∎ Collect, verify, and update daily attendance data, preparing reports for management.
∎ Maintain employee master data, including updates on inactive or resigned employees, and ensure HR policies align with management directives.
∎ Collaborate with tax consultants to calculate salary AIT accurately and provide necessary data.
∎ Manage HRMS software by uploading employee records and verifying leave data.
∎ Act as the primary point of contact for third-party suppliers and employees regarding payroll matters, providing accurate and timely responses.
∎ Support internal audits by providing subsidy and salary data and complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
∎ Provide error-less monthly salary within due time.
∎ Maintain open and transparent communication channels with all employees and address employee(s) queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
