∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Minimum of 10 years of experience in production management within the Biofertilizers & Biopesticides industry, with a proven track record of scaling up production processes.
∎ Strong knowledge of microbial fermentation, formulation processes, and bioproduct stabilization techniques.
∎ Proficiency with production machinery such as large scale fermenters, reactors, and drying equipment.
∎ Proven leadership and team management abilities with a focus on motivating and developing high-performing teams.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
∎ Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment and manage time efficiently.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Certification in Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage the end-to-end production process of Biofertilizers & Biopesticides, from pilot scale to bulk production.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to scale up production processes, ensuring a seamless transition from R&D to full-scale manufacturing.
∎ Oversee quality control processes to ensure product consistency, efficacy, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
∎ Implement best practices in production to maximize product shelf life and longevity, ensuring stability and effectiveness.
∎ Continuously analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
∎ Ensure all production activities comply with relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
∎ Prepare and manage Inventory, production budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations·
∎ Maintain timely production process as per buyers demand and targets·
∎ Manage and mentor the production team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
∎ Work closely with R&D, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
∎ Visits to Gobindagang factory and other districts for project purposes, and monitoring the output of product applications
