Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conducts training needs analysis (TNA) in order to determine the most relevant and cost-effective training solutions for Management Employees, Outlet Managers, all Agora staffs that will improve individual / team knowledge, skills and in turn store / business performance.
∎ Closely works with relevant stakeholders to identify the training requirements tailored to the business needs and Personal Development Plan’s to determine the priorities and plans a 12-month rolling cycle to create a companywide training calendar.
∎ Contributes to the design, development and implementation of training materials, e-learning modules and manuals to ensure consistency and quality of content and delivery to meet the specific needs of the retail training programme
∎ Design and implement orientation programs for new employees, ensure all the new employees receive Agora’s core trainings like-Agora’s Values Session, I plus 10 Awareness Session and Agora Aaponjon Playshop. Time to time ensure that all the departments, cross functional teams receive I plus 10 Community building session, and all Agora employees go through Aponjon Refresher’s Session.
∎ Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of training programs. Provide feedback and coaching to retail employees to help them improve their performance and skills.
∎ Continuously assess and enhance the effectiveness of the training programs to adapt to changing industry trends and business needs.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest training methodologies and technologies. Manages and maintains training information on the database / system for training reporting and record maintenance.
∎ Assists in managing external vendor relationships. Prepare and manage the budget for learning and development initiatives, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
