∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks in the agriculture and environmental sectors.
∎ Experience managing field trials and regulatory documentation.
∎ Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
∎ Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Frequently visit to Govt. Institute, Gobindogong factory and Field trial Location.
∎ Doing Any other tasks as an when assigned by the Mangement.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure all biofertilizer and biopesticide products adhere to local agricultural and environmental regulations.
∎ Obtain and maintain necessary certifications and approvals for new and existing products.
∎ Coordinate with government agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth regulatory processes.
∎ Prepare and submit regulatory documents, including product registration applications, to relevant authorities.
∎ Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and meets the requirements of regulatory agencies.
∎ Oversee the execution of field trials in collaboration with the R&D and production teams, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements during trials.
∎ Collect and review data from field trials and ensure it is documented in line with regulatory standards.
∎ Stay updated on changing regulations in both domestic and international markets, ensuring the company remains compliant.
∎ Provide recommendations to senior management on necessary adjustments to comply with new regulations.
∎ Provide time-to-time updates and reports to superiors on the progress of regulatory submissions, field trials, and any compliance issues.
∎ Proactively report any regulatory risks, delays, or challenges in meeting regulatory compliance to the management team.
