Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and facilitating the selection process.
∎ Manage the onboarding process to integrate new hires into the organization, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring a smooth transition.
∎ Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries related to policies, benefits, and HR procedures.
∎ Assist in resolving employee concerns and conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
∎ Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and morale-boosting activities.
∎ Support the performance appraisal process, ensuring clear communication and timely completion of evaluations.
∎ Assist in setting up performance improvement plans as needed and provide coaching for managers and employees.
∎ Identify employee training needs and coordinate internal or external training programs.
∎ Support the development of career paths and succession planning to retain and develop talent within the organization.
∎ Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, updates, and responding to employee inquiries.
∎ Assist in processing payroll changes, ensuring compensation and benefits administration accuracy.
∎ Maintain updated knowledge of labor laws and ensure HR policies comply with legal standards.
∎ Assist in developing, revising, and communicating HR policies to align with company culture and goals.
∎ Participate in initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice, including attending job fairs, networking events, and developing recruitment marketing materials.
