∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in Garment and Textile Marketing.
∎ At least 5 years' experience as a "General Manager of Marketing /Business Development" in any Garments/ Buying House with specific emphasis on Knit Garments Wears.
∎ Preference will be given who works with the buyers like: Inditex (Zara), C&A, GAP, Marks & Spencer, Levi's, Nike, Puma, Adidas, Hugo Boss, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, and those buyers who creates high values.
∎ Strong Technical Knowledge in Coloration, Printing Technique and Fabric Development.
∎ Good understanding of Fashion Sourcing Account Developments.
∎ Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
∎ Exceptional Verbal Communication and Presentation Skills.
∎ Excellent Listening & Written Communication Skills.
∎ Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures.
∎ High level of integrity and work ethic.
∎ Highly adaptable with experience meeting diverse customer needs·
∎ Team Management and Capability of providing commercial guidance to a small team.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Establish, acquire and develop new brands/customers according to company needs. Conduct Brand research to identify customer trends and develop products for marketing.
∎ Generate and develop new accounts through Cold Calling, Networking, Building Relationships with Prospects within a specific target of customers looking for Garment Sourcing Solutions.
∎ Create Internal Contents such as Presentations, Videos, Fabric Hangers and Samples to aid Marketing.
∎ Deliver professional presentations and demonstrations to customers on-site.
∎ Collaborate with the Development Team to design Garments Tailored to Customer Specifications.
∎ Overcome objections/ hesitations of Prospective Customers.
∎ Emphasize the Features and Benefits of our sourcing solutions, provide price estimates, and discuss payment terms.
∎ Oversee order costing for knit garments, negotiate orders, and confirm order details.
∎ Follow up on Purchase Orders, Internal Orders, Costing Sheets, Product Development, and Shipment.
∎ Build and maintain a referral network to generate new growth opportunities.
∎ Maintain regular communication with existing & prospective clients to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery of Design and Product Services.
∎ Possess a comprehensive understanding of Manufacturing Processes to provide technical feedback to customers.
∎ Understand the operational aspects of the business to ensure alignment with customer needs and provided services.
∎ Manage international buyer meetings, confirm appointments for upcoming market weeks, and coordinate with relevant departments.
∎ Stay updated on new products, designs, competitor activities, and industry trends through research, seminars, and trade show attendance.
∎ Responsible for achieving revenue targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting strategic objectives
