• Strong technical knowledge in quality system.

• Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali

• Able to plan, organize and lead a team to achieve goal

• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame

• Supervise and coordinate each and every aspect of the finishing department.

• Follow up with merchandisers/Store to ensure all finishing accessories are in housed on time

• Understand buyers’ specific requirements and execute finishing, ironing & packing accordingly.

• Monitor and follow up packing condition and confirm the packing list to commercial department within stipulated time frame.

• Coordinate the final inspection with buying QC after completion of finished order quantity.

• Monitor and follow up on the finishing input as per size wise order quantity.

• Establish effective communication with sewing and cutting manager to fulfil the order quantity and avoid any short shipment.

• Control and monitor costs and other overheads of the Finishing Department within the budgeted limit.

• Lead safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace to ensure zero NC.

• Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.

• Handles other responsibilities and projects, as assigned.

• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior.
