• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of quality control processes
• Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali;
• Good knowledge & skills in computing.
• Strong technical knowledge in quality system.
• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
• Good inter-personal & communication skills.

• Able to set quality standard process both in sewing & finishing according to QMS standard process & parameter.

• Able to ensure process quality according to Quality Assurance procedures to ensure right firs time & right quality outputs as standard.

• Evaluate each & every process through Quality Assurance tools & techniques.

• Maintain file and keep record on rejection, button Pull test, Statistical Process Control (SPC), In-process control , pre-Final Inspection, & Final control.

• Conduct pre-production meeting for buyers and take all kinds of approval from key accounts.

• Setup, train and monitor the QC, QI to ensure the quality of garments according to customers requirement.

• Check & confirm Garments styling, workmanship quality , sewing trims, finishing trim, according to buyer standard.

• Able to ensure Product safety according to customer standard.

• Daily Quality report review & take necessary improvement measures to meet departmental KPI.

• Make sure Finishing Quality standard according to the company’s Quality standard process, products Iron, checking system, folding to ensure quality of garments.

• Monitor cutting, sewing, finishing for on time shipment and follow up of the quality related reporting on daily basis & making sure of accurate report submission.

• Follow up system as label control, daily button pull test, SPC, Traffic light, Bingo Card, Broken needle control procedure, Metal Detection & CTPAT management.

• Organize performance and capability wise man power lay-out to ensure right people in right jobs.

• Follow up the internal audit, pre-final and final audit and take action if required. In-line, pre-final and final inspection considering the shipment date and documenting the outcomes.

• Ensures that safety, quality and maintain compliance issues are taken as part of the job.

• Any other tasks as assigned by the superior.
