Job Context:
Apex Holdings Limited is looking for dynamic and analytical individuals for the position of Executive in the Business Process Optimization team. The role focuses on analyzing business processes, improving efficiency, and supporting ERP-related initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
Analyze end-to-end business processes across different functions
Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, redundancies, and control weaknesses
Propose process improvements and standardization initiatives aligned with business strategy
Gather, validate, and document business requirements
Support ERP/IBA implementation, enhancement, and rollout projects
Track issues, change requests, and resolution status
Recommend continuous improvement initiatives based on data and user feedback
Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and best practices
