Experience:
Strong knowledge of RSC, Nirapon, and international buyer compliance standards.
Familiar with NFPA standards and Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC).
Good communication and training facilitation skills.
Strong documentation and reporting ability.
Proficient in MS Office.
Compliance & Audit Management:
Ensure full compliance with RSC / Nirapon / Buyer Fire & Electrical Safety Standards.
Prepare factory for RSC/Nirapon inspections and buyer audits.
Track, update, and close CAP (Corrective Action Plan) items within deadlines.
Maintain all compliance-related documentation and reports as per audit requirements.
Fire Safety System Management:
Monitor and maintain all fire detection & protection systems (Fire Alarm, Hydrant, Sprinkler, Smoke Detector, Emergency Lighting).
Ensure periodic inspection, testing, and maintenance (ITM) of all fire systems as per standards.
Coordinate with external vendors for system maintenance and certification.
Risk Assessment & Prevention:
Conduct regular Fire Risk Assessments (FRA) and identify potential hazards.
Ensure proper storage and handling of flammable materials and chemicals.
Monitor electrical safety practices in coordination with engineering team.
Emergency Preparedness:
Develop, update, and implement Emergency Response Plan (ERP).
Organize and conduct fire drills as per RSC/Nirapon frequency requirements.
Ensure proper evacuation procedures, assembly points, and floor-wise accountability.
Training & Awareness:
Conduct regular fire safety training for workers, staff, and management.
Train Fire Fighting Team (FFT), Evacuation Team, and First Aid Team.
Ensure all employees are aware of alarm signals and emergency procedures.
Workplace Safety Monitoring:
Ensure all exit routes, staircases, and fire doors remain unobstructed and functional.
Verify proper signage and illumination as per compliance standards.
Monitor compliance in production, warehouse, and utility areas.
Incident Management:
Investigate fire incidents/near-misses and prepare root cause analysis reports.
Recommend corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.
