Job Summary:

The Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Estate will be responsible for managing, safeguarding, and administering all land and property assets of the organization across the Organization. The role requires strong leadership in land administration, legal coordination, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance to ensure effective control and protection of company-owned properties.

• Oversee and manage all land properties of the Group under Estate management across the country.

• Maintain strong liaison and coordination with government authorities including Land Offices, RAJUK, City Corporations, and other relevant regulatory bodies.

• Supervise and monitor all civil and criminal cases related to land disputes and ensure timely follow-up.

• Take proactive initiatives in resolving land disputes and securing physical possession of properties.

• Ensure proper documentation, maintenance, and updating of all land records, deeds, and Mouja maps.

• Develop and implement systems for land record management and property tracking.

• Provide strategic guidance on land acquisition, legal risks, and compliance issues.

• Ensure all land-related activities comply with prevailing laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Supervise the Estate team to ensure operational efficiency and accountability under the leadership of the superior authority. (Former secretary/the top management)
