100% Export Oriented Company is looking for a creative and passionate Trainee Designer (Baby Wear) to join our Design Center. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build their career in fashion design and product development within a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in brainstorming sessions and assist in developing mood boards and design layouts.
Follow company and client brand guidelines for all creative outputs.
Contribute ideas during creative meetings.
Assist in creating and updating tech packs, including technical drawings.
Communicate with senior designers to receive feedback and improve designs.
Coordinate with design and marketing teams effectively.
Support fit sessions, take notes, and assist in adjusting patterns and prototypes.
Maintain and organize the design studio, including archiving past collections.
