We are seeking a highly experienced and result-driven Manager / Senior Manager – Merchandising (Knit & Lingerie) to lead merchandising operations. The role will focus on managing buyer relationships, driving order acquisition, ensuring smooth execution from development to shipment, and maintaining quality and compliance standards in knit and lingerie product lines.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain strong relationships with international and local buyers

• Achieve order targets aligned with company goals

• Prepare and submit costings and quotations

• Manage order confirmation and develop Time & Action (T&A) plans

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely approvals and smooth production flow

• Ensure all materials are ready before production starts

• Monitor production progress and ensure on-time shipment

• Ensure product quality as per buyer requirements

• Lead, guide, and develop the merchandising team

• Assign tasks and set KPIs for team members

• Develop junior team members through training and mentoring

• Oversee the full order lifecycle from confirmation to shipment

• Identify and onboard new buyers and suppliers
