• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related field.

• Prior experience in production planning within a woven garments manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of production processes, capacity planning, and supply chain management.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

1. Develop and implement production plans based on order forecasts, capacity, and lead time.

2. Coordinate with merchandising, production, sourcing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflow.

3. Monitor production progress and adjust plans to meet delivery deadlines.

4. Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.

5. Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.

6. Maintain accurate planning reports, KPIs, and documentation.

7. Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials.

8. Lead and mentor the planning team to achieve operational targets.

9. Implement continuous improvement initiatives in planning and scheduling processes.
