∎ Ability to arrange & conduct training for new employees.
∎ Excellent Oral & Written communication skill in English.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
∎ Align recruitment goals with organizational growth and workforce planning.
∎ Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, referrals and headhunting.
∎ Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
∎ Manage end-to-end selection processes, including screening, interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
∎ Compile formalities related to Employee Joining /Confirmation/Separation.
∎ Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and competencies.
