∎ Skills Required: HR Policy, PMS (KPI), Training & Development

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement Industry, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and improving the use of performance measures in the organization
∎ Facilitate the ongoing use of performance measures.
∎ Preparing and reporting all performance measures (i.e., the monitoring tool) to management.
∎ Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
∎ Develops training and development programs and objectives.
∎ Develop training materials so new staff can be trained
∎ Administers spending against the departmental budget.
∎ Obtains and /or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
∎ Trains and coaches’ managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts.
∎ Plans, organizes, facilitates and orders supplies for employee development and training events.
∎ Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results.
∎ Works effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR staff.
∎ Review and evaluate legislation, policies, and SOP.
∎ Determine the benefits and drawbacks of existing policies.
∎ Edit and amend policy drafts as required.
∎ Analyze market trends and conditions.
