Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Performing all the administrative work as per higher authority.
∎ Lead HR processes and initiatives in areas of talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, rewards and recognition, succession planning, organizational development and change management.
∎ Motivate employees and bridging employees and management relationship.
∎ Deal with employee requests regarding factory rules and regulations.
∎ Ensuring proper reports (employee database, attendance report, overtime report etc.) and provide Head Office HR Department for proper execution of payroll activity.
∎ Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organization goals.
∎ To assist in recruitment, onboarding and talent management process.
∎ Manage end-to-end life cycle of the employees.
∎ Monitor employee morale and culture.
∎ Deal with all HR related issues and Follow up compliance related task as well.
∎ Keep record of staff training and propose names, in coordination with others concerned, the suitable candidates for training.
∎ Ensure that the Leave Register is always updated for all staff.
∎ Track man to machine ratio as per industry standard.
∎ Maintain and handle documents related to administration.
∎ Supervise and manage vehicle and labor for delivery and other purposes.
∎ Keep liaison with different organization to hire human resources.
∎ Monitor safety, security and cleanliness across factory premises.·
∎ Prepare and present periodic HR reports to management.
∎ Initiate any other task assigned by the management.
