Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
∎ PGD in HRM Preferable.

∎ At least 05 years of experience in HR roles; experience in the pharmaceutical or logistics sector preferred.
∎ Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance in the healthcare/distribution industry.
∎ Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools.
∎ Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
∎ Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for field and office staff.
∎ Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws, health regulations, and pharmaceutical distribution standards.
∎ Coordinate employee performance appraisal processes and support department heads in performance management.
∎ Lead employee engagement initiatives to improve satisfaction and retention.
∎ Manage HR documentation, payroll support, attendance tracking, and leave management systems.
∎ Assist in the design and delivery of training programs (e.g. regulatory compliance, safety procedures, SOPs).
∎ Liaise with department managers to ensure HR needs are met across distribution and logistics teams.
∎ Support audits and ensure HR practices align with pharmaceutical industry compliance standards.
