Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
∎ Manage the recruitment process, including identifying hiring needs, posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
∎ Develop and deliver training programs for employees on a variety of topics, including workplace safety, company policies and procedures, and professional development.
∎ Oversee the performance management process, including conducting performance evaluations, developing performance improvement plans, and addressing performance issues.
∎ Develop and manage employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
∎ Manage employee relations, including addressing employee complaints, managing disciplinary actions, and facilitating conflict resolution.
∎ Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
∎ Manage the administration of employee files, including maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with data protection laws.
∎ Manage office operations, including office maintenance, security, and supplies.
∎ Develop and manage the HR and administration department budget, ensuring expenses are within budgetary constraints.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field.
∎ Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels within the organization.
∎ Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Salary: Tk. 45000 - 65000 (Monthly)
