Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): cement industry, experience in related field in Group of Companies, FMCG Industries, Manufacturing, Multinational Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ HR Planning & Budgeting
∎ Preparing and amending HR Policy/ HR Manual.
∎ Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation
∎ Assist Superior for successful completion of Performance Appraisal system
∎ Plan, develop, implement and evaluate strategies for operational management and development.
∎ To meet agreed organizational performance goals and objectives.
∎ Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
∎ Participate in job fairs and career events
∎ Designing training modules.
∎ Create a training budget and keep operations within budget
∎ Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and instructors
∎ Handling Disciplinary procedure & Grievance, Conflict employee relation issues as per labor law
∎ Any other HR and Administration-related task that management requires.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
