Cement Industry, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing and reporting all performance measures (i.e., the monitoring tool) to management.
∎ Facilitate the ongoing use of performance measures.
∎ Create a training budget and keep operations within budget
∎ Conducts annual training and development needs assessment.
∎ Works effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR staff.
∎ Review and evaluate legislation, HR policies, and SOP.
∎ Determine the benefits and drawbacks of existing policies.
∎ Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and on boarding processes)
∎ Recruitment and Selection process
∎ Analyze and develop recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
∎ Participate in job fairs and career events
∎ Handling Official correspondence
