Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates must have experience in worker recruitment, sourcing, training, and development in the factory.
∎ Perform day-to-day administrative woks of the factory and implement the administrative policy of the company to deal with factory labors in terms of attendance, activities, recruitment, selection, employment, welfare grievances handling, investigations, and other labor-related activities as per labor law.
∎ Utilization of all works properly by ensuring maximum efficiency.
∎ Candidates must have experience working in a factory through workers' success planning or backup planning.
∎ Execute, monitor, and manage HR & Admin-related work which includes official correspondence, arranging interviews & other recruitment processes for new Employees hiring of all departments, arrange necessary meetings with all departments for achieving the company's goal.
∎ Close liaison and coordination with the production, Sales, Service, and Accounts Department.
∎ Candidates must have experience in HRIS Software, leave management & payroll management.
∎ To handle the biometric or card system and to ensure that employees are punctual.
∎ Candidates must have to know how to create appropriate job descriptions for workers and management staff.
∎ Monitor and finish day-to-day activities of HR & Admin departments as well other departments as all other departments' work must be ensured.
∎ To prepare HR Related plan and execute the plan for the development of the company's human resources.
∎ Have thorough knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Code, 2006 as amended in 2015 and able to guide Mgt. in right perspective & Conduct inquiry while necessary.
∎ Must have the ability to liaison with Government agencies/Institute/universities (Like BIDA, IRC, Passport Office, BUET, DESCO, REB, DPDC, environment license, Local Police Station have the governing skills the deploy execute the departmental manpower as required and when the ability in own arrangement).
∎ To implement other administrative-related work as per the decision of Management.
∎ Candidates should have knowledge about giving regular firefighting training.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Job Locations will be Gazipur, Haricane, BoardBazar.
∎ Candidates having less than 5/6 years of experience don't need to apply.
∎ HR & Human resources-related Diploma or training degrees will be preferred.
∎ HRIS Training, Leave management training, Payroll management training.
∎ Candidates who know to operate "Kormee" HRIS software will get preference.
