Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDHRM will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Administration, General HR

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General Administration, General HR, HR Policy
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designing and running assessment center and recruitment process.
∎ Capable of handling payroll management system.
∎ Preparation / Issue office order & circular in respect of Admin issues.
∎ Capable of handling staff grievance & complaint procedures.
∎ Designing Training Development Plan, applying Training Need Analysis (TNA) and conducting training courses for the department as per requirement.
∎ Handling HR Budgeting and Forecasting.
∎ Managing Induction / Orientation for new employees.
∎ Managing staff Performance Management and Appraisal processes.
∎ Performing job evaluation and job classification exercises as per corporate requirement.
∎ Dealing with transport management system.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skills in both spoken & written English & Bengali.
∎ Strong negotiation skill and good inter-personal skills.
∎ Well conversant on MS Office, MS Power Point, and email communication.

Salary: Negotiable
