Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree in any discipline.
∎ PGDPM/ PGDHRM/ MBA in HRM from any reputed institution will get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Job Analysis & Manpower Planning, Manpower Recruitment

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Factory HR Administration, General HR, Organizational Development, payroll management, Performance appraisal
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To arrange, conduct & process employees Recruitment & Selection as per set Recruitment & Selection Policy & Procedure and ensure that a fair recruitment is followed.
∎ Confirming with accurate job descriptions are in place and ensuring Job analysis and manpower planning.
∎ To carry out monthly payroll procedures and training & development activities of workers and supervisory staff of the factory.
∎ Prepare TNA for appropriate training material and impart training for induction as well as periodical training on safety including fire drills and all ethical and social issues and maintain records thereof.
∎ To maintain all data records papers in relation to Recruitment & Selection, wages, OT and allowances.
∎ Identify training and development opportunities and arrange various training & development activities to meet the compliance requirement.
∎ Develop and implement successful HR Policies, Strategies & SOP that support the long-term growth and transformation of the organization.
∎ Motivate, Counsel the staffs to ensure maximum productivity and profitability
∎ Provide basic counseling to staff who have performance-related obstacles.
∎ Ensure Non-Discrimination in the course of employment, paying/providing wages/salary/benefits/ facilities/welfare.
∎ Check the workers personal file, maternity file, and disciplinary action file for non-compliance findings.
∎ Follow up employee wellness in the factory based on labor rules, ensuring ethical practice as well as company's own policy & procedures.
∎ Handle the grievance and disciplinary issues smoothly and ensure proper discipline in the factory.
∎ To develop and implement modern HR concepts.
∎ Follow up daily HR activities as organization demands align with the company policy.
∎ Any other relevant tasks assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 06 Years of relevant working experience essentially at least 03 years in similar position in RMG industry.
∎ Human Resources & Development, Organization Development/ Process Improvement.
∎ Excellent drafting & negotiation skill will be considered as an added advantage.
∎ Good command over computer, especially in MS Office / Internet & Email systems.
∎ Should be dynamic, ability to manage a team and have Excellent Leadership Quality and Interpersonal Communication Skills.
