• BSc major in Knitting or Fabric Manufacturing preferred.

• Post-graduation in Textile or related field will be an added advantage.

• Strong technical knowledge in knitting, dyeing, finishing, and fabric quality.

• Experience in direct buyer communication and follow-up is a must.

• Act as the key contact person for assigned buyer accounts, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management.

• Oversee all activities related to knitting and fabric development, from yarn booking to final fabric delivery.

• Coordinate with production, planning, dyeing, and merchandising teams to ensure timely order execution.

• Monitor fabric quality, shade approvals, and consumption to meet buyer specifications.

• Review technical files and support sampling and bulk production stages.

• Track order progress and proactively resolve issues related to fabric or process delays.

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and updates for buyer communication and internal management.

• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and buyer requirements.
