• Industrial process audit of 100% export-oriented ready-made knit garments manufacturing industrial technical knowledge will get priority.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Applications are invited to fill up the vacant post of Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager (Merchandising) of a reputed Group of Companies involved in 100% export oriented Garment Manufacturing and Exporting (Knit) business.

• Industrial process audit for 100% export-oriented ready-made knit garments manufacturing industries.

• Industrial process audit for 100% export-oriented ready-made knit garments manufacturing industries order-wise AOP production accountability and rejection, cutting panel allowance, cutting jhute accountability, printing input-output accountability, embroidery input-output accountability, sewing input-output accountability, sewing earned CM, garments finishing input-output accountability, leftover, wastage, reusable materials, store materials receive issue-stock balance-physical inventory, etc.

• Strong capable of handling quantitative analysis, Buyer correspondence and creative work, and any Merchandising file of an order starting from new development to shipment of goods.

• Oversee the entire order execution process from inquiry to shipment, ensuring on-time delivery.

• Strong capability of Team Building and Team Management.

• Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to management on ongoing activities and issues.

• Skill in costing, production planning, and technical knowledge.

• Must have extensive knowledge & experience in Merchandising, Preparing time and action plan, Sample Management, Production Monitoring in factory.

• Coordinate with production and quality teams to maintain efficiency and compliance.

• Ensure production meets buyer-specified quality control and compliance standards.

• Work closely with QA teams to conduct in-line and final inspections.

• Implement corrective measures for any quality-related issues.

• Costing & Profitability Analysis:Conduct detailed costing for knit, orders, including materials, labor, and overhead costs.

• Ensure profitability by optimizing cost structures while maintaining quality.

• Develop strategies for cost reduction while maintaining product quality.

• Monitor profit margins, cost efficiency, and budgeting to optimize business profitability.

• Team Leadership & Performance Management:Lead and motivate a team of merchandisers, marketing executives, and sourcing professionals.
