• 5–8 years’ experience in denim washing R&D (with international buyers preferred).

• Computer literacy & must be fluent in English (Reading, writing, and speaking.

• On-time submission of samples to buyer.

• First-time sample approval rate (100%).

• Cost efficiency of recipes vs. budget.

• Buyer satisfaction feedback.

• Strong knowledge of dry & wet processes (enzyme, stone, PP spray, laser, ozone, e-flow, etc.).

• Understanding of denim fabric behavior under different washes.

• Skilled in recipe preparation, cost analysis, and wash troubleshooting.

• Knowledge of sustainability practices in denim washing.

• Residence: Preferably in Gazipur.

• Team Leader with proactive interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work hard and control Pressure.

• Open minded approach towards learning new skills and sharpening existing skill sets.

• Result-oriented and a strong desire of success.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure received and delivery of Development & Merchandising sample to the concerned person.

• Has to be good knowledge in garments washing dry and wet processes.

• Ability to understand buyer comments and take appropriate action accordingly.

• Coordinate with concern sections for manual dry processes, laser treatments, wet processes and special finishing.

• Ability to communicate effectively via email and verbally.

• Responsible for sample follow-up, quality checking & recipe documentation.

• Ensure the required in-house lab tests are conducted and test reports are properly recorded.

• Should have basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
