Responsibilities & Context:
Monitoring production processes, conducting in-line and end-line inspections, and identifying defects while implementing corrective actions.
Maintain quality reports, collaborate with production and merchandising teams to resolve issues, and assist in root-cause analysis for recurring problems.
Participate in training sessions to understand quality standards, fabric types, and production techniques, while staying updated on industry trends and compliance requirements.
Ensure adherence to safety and ethical practices, assist in inspecting pre-production samples, and support during buyer visits or audits.
