As part of our expansion, we are looking for some dynamic and experienced HR professional who will play a key role in strengthening our HR and Admin functions. The ideal candidate should be capable of aligning HR strategies with business goals, managing a growing workforce, and fostering a positive and high-performance culture across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, manpower planning, and effective admin support in line with OTA operations.

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisal, and employee development processes.

  • Oversee training & development initiatives, career path mapping, and knowledge management.

  • Handle grievance management, employee counseling, motivation, and disciplinary procedures.

  • Ensure legal compliance, proper record keeping, staff contracts, salary grading, and benefit structures.

  • Support strategic HR planning and ensure right person at the right place through proper organogram mapping.

  • Collaborate with management on HR strategies, risk mitigation, and organizational development.

  • Supervise HR team members and ensure timely documentation, reports, and administrative support.
