As part of our expansion, we are looking for some dynamic and experienced HR professional who will play a key role in strengthening our HR and Admin functions. The ideal candidate should be capable of aligning HR strategies with business goals, managing a growing workforce, and fostering a positive and high-performance culture across the organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies, manpower planning, and effective admin support in line with OTA operations.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisal, and employee development processes.
Oversee training & development initiatives, career path mapping, and knowledge management.
Handle grievance management, employee counseling, motivation, and disciplinary procedures.
Ensure legal compliance, proper record keeping, staff contracts, salary grading, and benefit structures.
Support strategic HR planning and ensure right person at the right place through proper organogram mapping.
Collaborate with management on HR strategies, risk mitigation, and organizational development.
Supervise HR team members and ensure timely documentation, reports, and administrative support.
