∎ JOB PURPOSE: This position will be responsible for planning, analyzing and creating content in different communication channels to align with and support the BRAC Skills Development Programme. S/he should also support the dissemination of these contents through appropriate offline and online platforms.
∎ SAFEGUARDING RESPONSIBILITIES
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage the content creation for BRAC Skills Development Programme (SDP). S/he will work with units like Social Inclusion, Knowledge Management, Fundraising, Technology for Development, Operation unit to ensure that contents are relevant and updated within SDP.
∎ Develop static, dynamic, audiovisual and OVC content for social media promotion.
∎ Track opportunities for the programme and analyze the website, email, and media metrics for effective content development and outreach.
∎ Customize content to better communicate the programme objectives and initiatives.
∎ Conduct industry demand and supply analysis pertaining to the stakeholder landscape and best align the contents in respective platforms.
∎ Undertake relevant research pertinent to content development for ensuring effective connectivity with learners and other stakeholders of the programme.
∎ Develop success stories to increase the visibility of the programme. The stories should reflect the achievements of the programme, including replication of good practices.
∎ Review and edit content developed by SDP staff and act as a gatekeeper for content quality for SDP.
∎ S/he will coordinate with BRAC Central Communications to ensure content is aligned with the overall strategies of BRAC and provide them with programmatic guidelines. Additionally, s/he will also work with external stakeholders including clients and donors.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in Content Management Systems and web publishing, Search Engine Optimisation and Google Analytics, Facebook Insights and other analytics tools.
∎ Knowledge and sensitisation on gender and diversity issues are desirable.
∎ Collaborative team player who is willing to tackle the unexpected, embrace change and work cooperatively in diverse group situations.
∎ An understanding of how social media and interactive communication platforms fit into the progarmme and interventions.
∎ Judgment, diplomacy, and ability to make decisions based on incomplete and/or complex information.
∎ Excellent English language skills.
∎ Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines.
∎ Minimum 2 years' of experience in relevant field.
