∎ At least 5-year (s) experience in any export oriented and reputed Manufacturing Company Specially in Garments Sector;
∎ Should have excellent speaking and writing skill in English;
∎ Specially Experience of Buyer Target USA, Uniqlo & Zara & Better Work;
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/Benefits, Leave Management, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct;
∎ Must be proficient in handling of Computer;
∎ Ability to work for long duration in the factory premises on day to day basis.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Evaluate, and monitor the factory’s compliance with environmental, chemical, and buyer COC regulations and standards;
∎ Follow up on industry-leading standards and initiatives such as HIGG FEM, Clean Chain, GRI SBTi, RCS, GRS, OCS, GOTS, OEKO-TEX 100, and Step by OEKO-TEX;
∎ Responsible to make and implement Compliance polices as per local law and different buyers code of conducts;
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Law and ILO convention Relevant on RMG sector in Bangladesh;
∎ To prepare factory for facing different audit such as Better Work, SCAN & Buyer COC Standard, social, ethical & environmental (Higg);
∎ Observance of day to day Compliance related activities in the Factory;
∎ To monitor training/awareness on regular basis;
∎ To ensure Fire, Health & Safety issues are in order;
∎ Follow-up of post audit activities and take appropriate action by sending CAP (Corrective Action Plan) as per Buyer’s Requirement;
∎ To monitor Trade union activities, Meeting, Complete Minutes of Meeting and circulate it to all the members for further steps;
∎ Ensure & Advise Counseling/ Welfare Officer for the preparation & payment of Maternity Benefits within the scheduled time as per law;
∎ Conduct Meeting with Health & Safety Committee and circulate the Minutes of Meeting;
∎ Communicate with BGMEA, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, and Labor Federation etc.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
