∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Hands-on experience with the standards & certifications of SLCP, BETTER WORK, ICS, GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS, FSC, ISO 9001:2015, Egyptian Cotton, European Flax, and others.
∎ Hands-on experience with the H&M PD Data.
∎ Hands-on experience with the RSC/NIRAPON Standard.
∎ To ensure the safety of Occupational Health & Safety including Fire Safety, Environmental health, and safety (EHS).
∎ To prepare a corrective action plan (CAP) as per findings/observation/ recommendation of concerned audit parties and submit the CAP.
∎ To find out the non-compliance issues through the daily monitoring & internal audit in the factory. Conduct internal audit in the light of Labor Law, Factory Rules buyers COC & other national & international legal instruments.
∎ Monitor compliance certification & audit for BSCI, ICS, WRAP, SEDEX,
∎ To face audits like WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, ICS, WCA, BWB, GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS C-TPAT for different kinds of buyers etc.
∎ Implement compliance requirements as per buyer COC & required legal standards.
∎ Attempt to achieve continuous improvement and follow to the best practices.
∎ Maintaining and following up licenses and certificates along with necessary legal documents.
∎ Offer & Facing all First & Third parties’ Social Compliance / Sustainability audits.
∎ To ensure no Child labor, Discrimination free working environment, Minimum Wages, etc. at the time of worker recruitment & payment.
∎ To prepare & update all compliance-related documents/registers as per requirements.
