∎ In-depth knowledge of security procedures and surveillance equipment.
∎ Knowledge of security industry regulations.Advanced ability to coordinate responses to security breaches and threats.
∎ Superb leadership and organizational abilities.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Availability to respond to security alerts outside of business hours.
∎ Retired Honorary Captain/Warrant Officer of Bangladesh Army and only eligible to apply for thispost.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to protect the factory premises and assets.
∎ Supervise security personnel and ensure their adherence to security guidelines and standards.
∎ Conduct regular security inspections and assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements.
∎ Oversee access control systems, including the issuance of identification cards, monitoring entry and exit points, and maintaining visitor logs.
∎ Coordinate and manage security clearances for employees and visitors.Utilize CCTV and other surveillance systems to monitor the factory premises.
∎ Respond promptly to security alarms and incidents, taking appropriate action as necessary.
∎ Creating a safe and comfortable working environment for employees and visitors.
∎ Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
∎ Conduct regular drills and training for security and factory personnel on emergency protocols.
∎ Document and report security incidents, breaches, and violations to relevant authorities and management.
∎ Prepare incident reports and maintain records of security-related activities.
∎ Provide training to security personnel on security protocols, emergency response, and customer service skills.
∎ Ensure the security team is well-equipped and prepared to handle security challenges effectively.
∎ Liaise with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services as needed.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to address security concerns and ensure overall security system in safe way.
∎ Ensuring compliance with company policies and security industry regulations.
