Responsibilities & Context:
Liaise with government bodies, regulatory agencies, and external stakeholders (City Corporation, Police, Environment Dept., Fire Service, NGOs, BGMEA, Labor Office, etc.)
Ensure timely renewal and collection of organizational licenses, permits, trade licenses, NOCs, and official documents.

Handle incoming notices, letters, and communications from external authorities.
Manage all outbound administrative activities, including courier operations, vendor visits, inspection support, and legal follow-ups.
Maintain documentation of licenses, certificates, and renewal schedules.
Support compliance audits and external EHS activities.
Assist during inspections, events, meetings, and government visits.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth administrative operations.
Prepare and share reports with senior management.
Any other task assigned by management time to time.
