Finally, selected candidates will be on probation for 06 months from the date of joining, which may further be extended based on your performance.

• Written and Oral Communication in both Bangla and English is highly desirable.       

• Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.       

• Must be Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Email communications capability.      

• Is open and service-minded, always portraying positive body language whilst at work.      

• Candidates have to be Smart, Confident and Self Motivated.  

• Outstanding Presence of Mind with Dynamic Decision-Making Capability. 

• Must be able to adjust with the new assignment.

• Operation Bulletin making.

• Line Feeding & Line balancing & solve bottle neck according to IE’s tools & techniques (along with technical, quality & production team).

• Skill assessment for recruitments.

• Target & Achievement follow-up.

• Productivity increases through work study, time study & method study.

• Line Plan & Achieve the S.M.V based target to meet the Inspection & Shipment schedule with best Efficiency (%) Level.

• Make Machine & Manpower budget.

• Prepare Manpower planning & allocation.

• Efficiency, Capacity assessment & Analysis.

• Production monitoring.

• NPT Monitoring.

• Set up line Target, Individual Target Hourly/Daily.

• Maintain co-ordination with production planning team & other production support team & ensure production quality & in time Shipment.

• Manpower, Machine Budget & Capacity as per planning.

• Line feeding, Skill Matrix & control it.

• 5S & visual management.

• Cycle check & Capacity Graph.

• Product quality monitoring.

•  Set up line Target, Individual Target Hourly/Daily.

• Maintain co-ordination with production planning team & other production support team & ensure production quality & in time Shipment.
