Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct internal audits and ensure day to day compliance requirements like PPE, machine safety, fire and electrical safety, hazard free workplace etc.
Ensure factory compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law, buyer Code of Conduct, and international standards (BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, etc.).
Prepare and update all kinds of audit and compliance related documents like file, policy, training records and registers
Ensure all statutory documents and licenses are updated and properly displayed
Monitor production floors and coordinate with each departmental responsible for maintaining housekeeping up to mark around the factory
Implement the buyer and internal audit CAP as per seniors guidelines
Coordinate with different buyers social projects, events management of the factory
