• Overall Responsible for UNIQLO and other Japanese Buyers Quality Assurance Department

• Implement and ensure proper methods are followed in quality and inspection systems.

• Control defects by needlepoint & all inline activities to maintain customer   recommended inline quality systems.

• Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions in sewing section.

• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.

• Attend PP Meeting to identify and suggest critical points and understand the processes.

• Communicate the Quality Requirements to the Quality Inspectors and Checkers.

• Coordinate with Production Supervisors and Manager to show the new guideline or existing guidelines of QAD processes.

• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.

• Guide to the quality control team through on-the-job training by following quality SOP, tools, and techniques.

• Communicate the Top defects with relevant team.

• Maintain 6S and QMS in Quality processes and places.
